Luce 所選作品多為手工製作或藝術創作，每件皆具獨特性。釉色變化、製作紋理或燒成痕跡皆屬自然現象，並非瑕疵。古董與老件可能呈現自然磨損與歲月痕跡，明顯破損將於商品頁面註明。

預購與訂製商品將提供預計交期，實際出貨時間將依創作者或品牌之製作與出貨進度調整。如有延誤，我們將主動公告說明。若因不可抗力因素導致無法完成交付，將可辦理退款。 預購、訂製、個人化或消耗性商品恕不接受退換貨。

Most pieces curated by Luce are handmade or artist-created, each with its own unique character. Variations in glaze, texture, or firing marks are considered natural and not defects. Antique and vintage items may bear signs of age or use; any significant damage will be noted on the product page.

All measurements are approximate due to the handmade nature of the items. Slight color differences may occur between photos and actual pieces due to lighting and screen settings; the actual item shall prevail. For items available in multiples, orders will be fulfilled at random. You are welcome to visit us in person or contact us for details before placing an order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the condition of the item; returns or exchanges will not be accepted unless a major defect is present.

Made-to-order and pre-ordered items will be assigned an estimated lead time. Actual delivery may vary depending on the production schedule of the artist or brand. Should delays occur, we will notify customers accordingly. In the event that delivery becomes impossible due to force majeure, a refund will be issued. Pre-ordered, custom-made, personalized, or consumable items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Shipping｜運送政策

我們提供方便快速的國際寄送服務，可選用順豐、EMS 或 DHL。運費與保費另行計算，請於下單前 聯繫我們 確認寄送方式與報價。

訂單成立後，商品將於三至七個工作日內出貨，預購與訂製商品之交期將另行標註。易碎品建議您親自前來取件。若需寄送，台灣地區一般包裹將以黑貓宅急便保價寄出，保費由 Luce 吸收。台灣地區單筆訂單滿新台幣一萬元可享免運優惠。

為保障雙方權益，收件人務必於開箱時全程錄影，並妥善保存外箱與內材，以備理賠所需。若商品於運送過程中發生損壞，將由物流業者負責賠償。請自簽收日起三日內 與我們聯繫 並提供完整紀錄，我們將協助申請理賠。若逾期、未留存開箱影像或包裝材不全，將導致責任歸屬不明，可能無法成立索賠。

若由第三方代領、合併轉運，或自購買日起三十日內未完成取件，Luce 將不承擔運送與保管期間可能造成之毀損、遺失或品質變化的責任。

We offer prompt and reliable international shipping via SF Express, EMS, or DHL. Shipping and insurance fees are calculated separately. Please contact us before placing an order to confirm shipping options and costs.

Orders will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days after confirmation. Lead time for pre-order and made-to-order items will be noted separately. For fragile items, we recommend in-person pickup. For domestic shipments in Taiwan, packages are insured and shipped via Yamato TA-Q-BIN, with insurance fees covered by Luce. Free shipping is offered for single orders over NT$10,000 within Taiwan.

To protect both parties, recipients must record the full unboxing process and retain all outer and inner packaging materials for potential claims. If any damage occurs during transit, compensation will be handled by the shipping provider. Please contact us within three days of receipt with complete documentation so we may assist with the claim. Claims may not be accepted if submitted late, if unboxing footage is missing, or if packaging is incomplete.

Luce is not responsible for any damage, loss, or quality deterioration that may occur during transport or storage if an order is collected by a third party, consolidated for forwarding, or remains unclaimed for more than 30 days after purchase.

Returns & Refunds｜退貨與退款政策

若屬錯誤寄送或商品瑕疵，運費由 Luce 承擔；若因個人因素申請退換，相關運費將由購買人負擔。請於七日內以原包裝、未經使用且完整的狀態寄回。退回商品經檢視如有異味、髒污、加工痕跡、包裝不全，或因包裝不當造成損壞，將無法受理退換貨。

退款將於收到商品並確認無誤後，七至十個工作日內原路退回。如原訂單符合免運門檻，辦理退款時將扣除首次配送費用。

If the wrong item is sent or the product is defective, Luce will cover the return shipping. If a return or exchange is requested for personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the related shipping costs. Please return the item within seven days in its original packaging, unused, and in complete condition. Returns will not be accepted if the item has odors, stains, signs of alteration, incomplete packaging, or damage caused by improper repacking.

Refunds will be issued within 7 to 10 business days after the returned item is received and confirmed to be in good condition. If the original order qualified for free shipping, the initial delivery cost will be deducted from the refund.
